This week’s YouTube round-up is back to its classic format of being a big hodge-podge of various types of post-apocalyptic media from full movies to tabletop game reviews to engine and armor building to a couple good old-fashioned gameplay videos.

It just wouldn’t be a YouTube round-up without a Splattercat video. This week, he takes a deeper look at the upcoming post-apocalyptic game Ragtag Crew, which looks to be a turn-based action game with a gorgeous art style.


How to Build a Post Apocalyptic Vehicle – Part 7 – Engine Install
I’ve featured this post-apocalyptic car build in a previous round-up but it’s good to see that the project is coming along nicely. In this one, the engine install is planned, explained, and executed!

Revival: Recolonization – Upcoming Post Apocalyptic 4x Strat Game
Thunder Bob takes an early access look at this turn-based 4X game (our second of this round-up!) that looks very similar to something like the Civilization series. It boasts a deep and highly replayable experience in a post-apocalyptic setting.

Watching fictional movies and games is fun and all, but when it comes down to it, you’ll need some real armor for the real apocalypse. Matt from MattMakesThings shows us how he made some protective arm gauntlets out of a street sign.
