Attack on Titan Episode 72’s English dub (aka Season 4 Episode 13) is streaming online today. Here’s how you can watch the newest episode online right away if you’re focusing on the English dubs for Season 4.

Stream the New Dub on Funimation
You can watch the Season 4 Episode 13 English dub on Funimation starting on Sunday night, April 11. It’s expected to premiere around 11 p.m. Eastern/10 p.m. Central. There’s always a chance it might drop sooner, so jump online earlier in the day if you want to be certain it’s not online yet.
You can stream Season 4 Episode 13’s English dub on Funimation at this link as soon as it’s available. (This link is available in U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Brazil, Mexico).
Funimation and Cartoon Network (aka Toonami) are the only sources for streaming the English dubs of Attack on Titan legally at this time. It’s not even on Hulu’s regular subscription yet or on Crunchyroll.
The new dubbed episode will appear on this link once it’s up. Change the dropdown menu to Season 4. The episode will have “English/Japanese” beneath the episode title once the dub’s available (and sometimes also Portuguese/Spanish). Look for Episode 72 if you want to watch Season 4 Episode 13. To watch today, you’ll need a paid account, which starts at about $7.99/month. If you get a free account, you might have to wait a week.
You Can Also Watch the Dub Online on Adult Swim with a Cable Subscription
If you have a cable or satellite subscription that includes The Cartoon Network, you can watch the dub online, but you’ll need your cable login first. Toonami has an arrangement with Funimation where they get to broadcast the English dubs a day before Funimation posts them online. So they already aired the dub last night on TV.
If you have a cable login, then you can also watch the episodes on Adult Swim’s website here. But you can only access the new episode if your satellite or cable provider has The Cartoon Network and you have a cable login, so it’s not available for everyone.
Looking Back at Episode 12
There are spoilers below for Episode 12.
Last week a lot happened that many fans are still processing. (Check out our full review here, which was HACKED by Jaegerist supporters!) There was a coup against the government in Paradis and Premier Zachary was killed. He was already appearing corrupt (not to mention all that creepy stuff with his chair that resurfaced.) It was looking like he wanted to take Eren’s Founding Titan from him, so the Jaegerists decided that something had to be done. A bomb was planted by an unknown person and Zachary was killed. I personally don’t miss him, and think it might be best for everyone that he’s gone. He told Erwin in Season 3 that he didn’t care about humanity, only himself. This was bound to happen.
Hange, however, thinks something suspicious is afoot and is trying to investigate Zeke and Yelena more closely. But she’s making a lot of people unhappy along the way.
There’s a lot on the line as the new episode begins.
