Funimation released the Season 4 Episode 1 Attack on Titan English dub on Sunday, January 10 for streaming online. From thereon, a new English dub is releasing each week on Sundays on Funimation, about a month after the sub premieres.
This means that Season 4 Episode 5 (aka Episode 64, Declaration of War)’s dub version is releasing on Funimation HERE on Sunday, February 7, after the sub originally premiered on January 10. Expect the dub episodes to release each week on a pretty consistent schedule from now on.
Make sure you change the dropdown menu to read Season 4. Each episode will have “English/Japanese” beneath the episode title, so you can choose if you want the sub or the dub version. (The subs release on Funimation at 3:45 p.m. Eastern on Sundays, so it’s possible the English dubs will drop at the same time, but that’s not guaranteed.)
Please note that in order to watch any episode, you’ll need an account. If you watch with a free account, you’ll have to sit through ads and wait about a week after it premieres to see the full episode. All paid plans come with an introductory free trial, and the least-expensive Premium plan is just $5.99/month. If you don’t want to pay for a plan, scroll to the bottom of the “sign up for an account” page until you see where it says “Not ready to commit.” Then click on the option to create a free account. Then you’ll have to go to Account Settings and turn off “Restrict Mature Content” before you can watch an episode. We tested this and were able to watch the subbed version of Season 4 Episode 4 with a free account.
You Can Stream the New Dub Episode on Toonami Late Saturday Night/Early Sunday Morning

Toonami is getting the dub episodes just a short time before Funimation. According to TV Guide’s listing, the dub of Season 4 Episode 1 premiered at 12:30 a.m. Eastern/Pacific on January 10 (11:30 p.m. Central on January 9/1:30 a.m. Mountain on January 10.) On TV, it releases on Toonami (aka the Adult Swim/Cartoon Network channel.) If you’re wanting to stream Toonami without a cable subscription, it should also be available on Hulu Live TV, Sling TV, AT&T Now, and YouTube TV. (Note that this is Hulu with Live TV. We don’t know when the dub will be dropping on the regular Hulu service.)
You can see Toonami’s schedule here. Clicking on the Attack on Titan link on Toonami takes you to Adult Swim’s page here. All of Season 3 is there, but you need a cable login to watch. Season 4 Episode 1 will likely be added there too (although possibly after it has streamed), but you’ll need a cable login to access the episode. You can also typically stream Toonami episodes on the Adult Swim app for Google Play or iOS, but these also typically require a cable log-in.
