Attack on Titan finally returns on March 3. But there’s a catch. We know where to look for the new episode, but as of the time of this article’s publication, we don’t know the exact time it will drop (just a good window for when to look.) However, whenever you’re ready to check, we’ve got the (free) streaming links for Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3’s movie below, also known as Episode 88 or Season 4 Episode 29. First, we’ll provide the links and details for viewers outside the U.S., and then more details on when it will likely be available.
[March 3, 2:20 p.m. CST update: Crunchyroll still has not gotten back to us after the initial message that they didn’t have an official word yet. Hulu has provided an update below. The episode has aired in Japan. The information below still comprises our best estimate of when it will likely air and where to watch, but we will keep this post updated.]
[NEW UPDATE: It’s airing on Hulu at 6 p.m. Eastern. Hopefully Crunchyroll too. More details below.]
Post Apocalyptic Media may earn affiliate referrals from Hulu links on this page.
Here’s Where to Stream Attack on Titan (Including Free Links)
As far as legal streaming options in the U.S., your best bets are Crunchyroll and Hulu. Both platforms have had Attack on Titan’s previous English sub episodes as soon as they were available for Season 4 Part 2, so there’s no reason to expect they won’t have them again. While Hulu did not reply to our emails, Crunchyroll did answer and told us they didn’t have anything official yet to share (but would let us know as soon as they do.)
How to Watch AoT on Hulu: Hulu will post Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3’s first movie (aka Episode 88) at this link once it’s available.
To watch on Hulu for free: Hulu has a free trial you can join if you prefer checking out the streaming service for free first. ‘
Hulu will have the episode at 5 p.m. Central/6 p.m. Eastern.
Note: Hulu tweeted the following today, but this turned out to not be accurate.
Hulu here! We typically receive new subbed episodes the day after they air, so be sure to keep the show in your My Stuff/Watchlist so you don't miss any updates. We’ll be here if there’s anything else we can do!
— Hulu Support (@hulu_support) March 3, 2023
This isn’t really accurate though, because AoT subs premiered on Hulu much earlier than the day after.
How Watch AoT on Crunchyroll: Season 4 Part 3 will premiere at this link once it’s available (and it might be listed as Episode 88.) If you sign up for a subscription, you can see the episode right away, but Crunchyroll also offers a free trial at that link. Crunchyroll’s episodes are available in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, LATAM, Middle East, and Russia.
How to Watch Season 4 Part 3 Outside the U.S.
Season 4 Part 2 was dropped outside the U.S. on the following streaming platforms, and we have no reason to believe it will be different for the Season 4 Part 3 movie (part 1.) But none of this is guaranteed, and we’re adding additional details below as we know them.
These streaming locations were originally shared on the TV Subreddit. These are the best places to start your search if you’re outside the US.
- Amazon Prime Video: Italian Sub/Dub in Italy, Malta (since it’s a dub, though, this may air later)
- Aniplus Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines
Note: Aniplus lists Attack on Titan as airing on March 4, but it’s not clear if they’re referring to the new movie or just older episodes.
- Crunchyroll: Also available in Canada, U.K., Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, LATAM, Middle East, and Russia
- DANET: VietSubs in Vietnam
- iQiyi: Multi-language Subs in China
- Muse Asia: Cantonese Subs in Hong Kong
- Netflix: The Philippines, Thailand (typically several days after initial release.)
Netflix in the Philippines had Season 4 Part 2. And although the Twitter account hasn’t responded about Part 3 (they’ve been silent just like Crunchyroll), it likely will also receive the movie at some point.

- SelectaVision: European Spanish Sub in Spain (They had Part 2, per the tweet below, but will they have Part 3?)

But here’s a tweet from a viewer unsure if it will be on Netflix, SelectaVision, or Prime Video for watchers in Spain.
Tengo un duda de #AttackOnTitan y su estreno el día 3 de Marzo de la primera parte de la tercera parte de la temporada final.
¿En España, en que plataforma saldrá? Y será doblado o subtitulado?@NetflixES @crunchyroll_es @SelectaVision @PrimeVideoES

- Wakanim: France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Suisse, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Quebec, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia.
- Wakanim: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland (English subtitles) (French subtitles) (They had Part 2 so will likely get Part 3.)

UPDATE: WE FINALLY HAVE A CONFIRMED TIME. 6 p.m. Eastern on Hulu, hopefully the same time on Crunchyroll.
ORIGINAL STORY:
Here’s the part that’s tougher to figure out. With no official word from Crunchyroll and Hulu, we can only make an educated guess on when it will likely drop on March 3, but this could definitely change. (We’ll update this story as needed.)
If you prefer a video explanation, here’s a short one in less than 2 minutes.

Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 3 Part 1 (the one-hour “movie” episode) drops in Japan on Saturday, March 4 at 12:25 a.m, according to the NHK.jp website. A 12:25 a.m. JST March 4 air time in Japan coincides with a 9:25 a.m. CST air time on March 3 in the U.S. This is a time we know absolutely.
So it will be available no earlier than 10:25 a.m. Eastern/9:25 a.m. Central/8:25 a.m. Mountain/7:25 a.m. Pacific.
But there was a longer delay for S4Part 2 episodes. They’d drop at 12:10 a.m. JST and roll out in the U.S. at 3:45 p.m. Eastern. So that would give us a window of 5 p.m. Eastern or so for the one-hour movie.
Basically, I’d just watch the streaming platforms from 10:25 a.m. Eastern to about 5 or 6 p.m. Eastern on March 3, unless Hulu or Crunchyroll gives us a more specific time.
