It’s another Shawn-and-Val episode this week as we got the livestream in full swing to discuss the week in post-apocalyptic news.

A Quiet Place II launched last week, setting pandemic-era records for theater ticket sales.
– Chris Pratt’s The Tomorrow War is coming to Amazon Prime on July 2nd, and it looks like a promising movie.
– The reviews are already pouring in for Netflix’s Sweet Tooth, and they seem positive so far.
– E3 has changed a bit for 2021, making it completely virtual and free for everyone. But how many post-apocalyptic games will we see revealed?
– We have lots to look forward to this week, including War of the Worlds Season 2, Fear the Walking Dead S6E15, The Handmaid’s Tale S4E9, and Awake on Netflix.

Shawn has been infatuated with the post-apocalyptic genre since he wore out his horribly American-dubbed VHS of the original Mad Max as a child. Shawn is the former Editor-in-Chief at Massively.com, creator of the Aftermath post-apocalyptic immersion event, and author of "AI For All," a guide to navigating this strange new world of artificial intelligence.
He currently resides on top of a mountain in the middle of nowhere with his wife and four children.
