In addition to Jodie Comer, whom you Star Wars fans might know better as Rey’s mother in Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker, the new film will be directed by BAFTA winner Mahalia Belo and be executive produced by Sébastien Raybaud, Cecile Gaget, BBC Film’s Eva Yates, and Benedict Cumberbatch.
With BBC funding and Benedict Cumberbatch on board, this looks to be a high budget adaptation that should prove impressive. A release date has not yet been named.
