Netflix has dropped the first teaser trailer for the upcoming high school zombie thriller All of Us Are Dead.

What exactly is a high school zombie thriller? Well, I’m glad you asked.

All of Us Are Dead follows the lives of a group of students who are trapped in their high school when the zombie apocalypse hits. But these students aren’t just innocent victims of this viral undead outbreak; it’s their science lab that started it all.

The Netflix series is based on the South Korean webtoon Now at Our School (Jigeum Woori Hakkyoneun) by Joo Dong-Geun from 2009 to 2011. This series stars Lee Yoo-mi, Rich Ting, Darren Keilan, and Yi-Hyun Cho as a few of the students facing the epidemic.

The brief trailer shows students turning into zombies as they face other students, teachers, the military, and eventually the rest of the city. It looks pretty intense!

The popularity of Korean-made dramas on Netflix has been booming in recent months as we watched shows like Squid Game, Mr. Sunshine, Kingdom, and my current favorite, Silent Sea, rise to the top of the Netflix charts as soon as they’re released.

Look out for All of Us Are Dead to hit Netflix on January 28, 2022.
