A Quiet Place: Day One, a forthcoming American post-apocalyptic horror film, is penned and directed by Michael Sarnoski, adapting an original narrative conceived by John Krasinski and Sarnoski. There are even discussions about transforming it into a trilogy of sequels. The upcoming installment, titled 28 Years Later, will see the return of the original film’s masterminds, with Danny Boyle directing and Alex Garland handling the writing duties. Set in the near future, the storyline follows a team of journalists as they traverse the United States amidst an intensifying civil war that has swept across the entire nation. Their struggle for survival unfolds against the backdrop of a dystopian dictatorship, where partisan extremist militias routinely engage in acts of political violence. MICKEY 17

Mickey 17 is an upcoming American science fiction film, scripted, directed, and co-produced by Bong Joon-ho, drawing inspiration from the 2022 novel Mickey7 by Edward Ashton. Alien: Romulus was initially slated for release on Hulu; however, there has been a change in plans. The film is now scheduled for a theatrical release by 20th Century Studios, with the new release date set for August 16, 2024.
