The English sub for Chainsaw Man Episode 9 premieres at 9 a.m. Pacific on Tuesday, December 6 in the United States. In other time zones, this is 10 a.m. Mountain, 11 a.m. Central, and 12 p.m. Eastern. So depending on your time zone, it will be late morning or right around lunch. It will air at this time on both Crunchyroll and Hulu.

Chainsaw Man News

We often like to end these countdowns with the latest Chainsaw Man news. Here’s what’s been announced this week. 

According to the official website, Chainsaw Man will be hosting a “Broadcast Commemorative Fair” from December 24-January 15. The website notes (in its English translation) that you can purchase Chainsaw Man goods from Animate Mail Order nationwide, and you’ll receive an illustration card as a gift for each order of at least 1,100 yen. Details about the fair are on the website here.

Also according to the official website, Chainsaw Man is launching a collaborative collection with Bakudanyaki Honpo, creating “cute mini-characters.” The website says, in its English translation: “What is bomb-yaki? . . The inside is creamy! With a diameter of 8 cm and a weight of 200 grams, it is a product that combines the best of okonomiyaki and takoyaki with 10 kinds of ingredients.”

The collaboration goes from December 9-31 at the following stores: Ikebukuro Main Store, Harajuku Store, Huis Ten Bosch Store, Kumamoto Shimodori Store, Osaka Nihonbashi Store, Mito Station South Store. 

Chainsaw Man also just launched a collaborative collection with Ground Y, a fashion brand, available through December 6 for pre-sale. A webpage devoted to the pop-up store is here. You can see photos of some of the items being sold for the collaboration here.
