Snowpiercer Premieres January 24 in the United States

Snowpiercer premieres on Monday, January 24, in the United States. The new episode airs at 9 p.m. Eastern/8 p.m. Central on TNT.

You can catch the episode live as it airs if you’re watching the TNT channel on TV 0r on a streaming service that has access to TNT (like Sling or YouTube TV, for example.)

If you have a cable or satellite subscription, you should also be able to catch it right after it airs on TNTDrama.com. TNTDrama.com does mention that the new episode will be available at 9/8c on Monday, so I’d go ahead and check TNTDrama when it’s airing, even if in the past it was released there right after it finished airing on TV.

The episode is lasting just a minute longer than normal (ending at 10:01 p.m. Eastern), so this isn’t an extra long premiere.

If you’re wondering what channel TNT is on your TV, check out the Wikipedia listing here that covers all that. Channels may vary in your region, so you can always go to TVGuide.com’s listing to double check. But some of the channels include Dish (138), DirecTV (245), Verizon Fios (51 SD and 551 HD), U-Verse (108 East, 109 West, 1108 HD East, 1109 HD West), Century Link Prism (108 East, 109 West, 1108 East HD, 1109 West HD), and Claro PR (1115 HD).

The New Episode Airs on January 25 Outside the U.S.

If you’re outside the U.S., you’ll be able to watch Season 3 Episode 1 a day after everyone else. It’s releasing on January 25 (Tuesday) outside the U.S. Netflix has the international streaming rights for the third season, which includes Netflix UK, Canada, Australia, and other relevant Netflix regions.

While you’re waiting for Season 3, I suggest catching up by reading our review and recap of the finale of Season 2 (episodes 9 and 10). Check it out here.

Some of the highlights included Wilford going full Willy Wonka (much to viewers’ delight), Josie becoming the new Icy Bob and destroying the aquarium to split the car in half, and Layton and Alex heading off to save Melanie on their stolen train. It looks like Melanie might have died, because she’s gone and left her research storage drives in a heat vent. But Layton and Alex use her research to find several warm spots that might be capable of sustaining human life.
